Our website is hosted by Squarespace and uses cookies. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Squarespace may also use analytics and performance cookies to help us understand how visitors use the website. Where applicable, non-essential cookies will only be used after you have given consent. 2. Information We Process

Sugar Rush Ride does not require a user account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, password, profile, photographs, messages, or payment information through the game.

The game stores high scores, progress, and settings locally on your device. This information generally remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game.

We use Unity Analytics. Unity Analytics may process:

  • device and installation identifiers;

  • game sessions and usage events;

  • gameplay and interaction information;

  • device model and operating system;

  • app version and language;

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it; and

  • diagnostic and performance information.

We use Unity LevelPlay to manage advertisements provided through ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. These services may process:

  • IP address;

  • advertising and device identifiers;

  • device model and operating system;

  • app version and language;

  • approximate location derived from an IP address;

  • advertisements displayed, viewed, or clicked;

  • consent and privacy choices;

  • network information; and

  • fraud-prevention and diagnostic information.

Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, and participating advertising partners may use this information to display and measure advertisements, personalize advertisements where permitted, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve their services.

We and our service providers use this information to operate and improve the game, understand usage, detect technical problems, provide and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, maintain security, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on:

  • consent for personalized advertising, tracking, and other processing where consent is required;

  • legitimate interests for limited analytics, contextual advertising, security, fraud prevention, and improving the game;

3. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Where consent is required, we do not start consent-dependent analytics, personalized advertising, advertising measurement, or tracking until you have made your choice.

Sugar Rush Ride is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children.

  • Unity Technologies, which provides Unity Analytics, Unity LevelPlay, and Unity Ads;

  • advertising, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention partners;

  • technical, hosting, legal, or professional service providers where necessary; and

  • public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Unity and certain advertising participants may process information for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.

Rosalea AB is based in Sweden. Unity and other service providers may process information outside Sweden, the European Economic Area, or the country where you live.

Where required, international transfers will use an approved legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention and Your Rights

Locally stored high scores, progress, and settings generally remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game.

We retain personal data under our control only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, taking account of the nature of the data, legal and contractual requirements, security and fraud-prevention needs, applicable limitation periods, and whether the data can be deleted or anonymized; third-party controllers may apply their own disclosed retention periods.

Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete information previously transmitted to Unity or another service provider.
